Labor & Delivery Support

The goal of labor and delivery support is to help women feel empowered, informed, and supported through breathing and relaxation exercises, massage, positioning and movement, and advocacy for the woman’s birth preferences.

Postpartum Care

Services include infant care, breastfeeding support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and emotional support. Postpartum doula care can help ease the transition to parenthood, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote maternal and family wellbeing.

Breastfeeding Support

Breastfeeding support services aim to provide expert advice, education, and practical tips to help mothers overcome breastfeeding challenges and establish a successful breastfeeding relationship with their babies.

Placenta Encapsulation

Placenta encapsulation is a service that involves processing the placenta into capsules which are believed to provide a range of postpartum benefits, including increased energy, improved milk production, and reduced risk of postpartum depression.
