I’m Shauna, a certified labor doula serving families in the western suburbs of Chicago.I offer personalized support for women and their partners through every stage of pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period.
From childbirth education to preparing for labor, creating birth preferences, and learning to breastfeed, I help you feel informed, confident, and cared for. My goal is to empower families and support them in taking ownership of their birth experience. I believe women know what is best for their bodies and their babies, and I’m here to walk alongside you and support your choices every step of the way.
I’ll listen, share knowledge, and hold your vision of birth as you see it—because pregnancy, birth, and growing a family is a beautiful and sacred time, and I’m honored to be part of each story.
